Many incidents are preventable if your workforce is knowledgeable, watchful, and committed to a safe workplace. This straight-talking, information-packed, practical and personal course provides the knowledge needed to build awareness in your team.
Learners watch a riveting, realistic scene between a troubled employee and his supervisor, who does some things right — and some things crucially wrong. The scene is explored, issue by issue, driving home the message of awareness and detailing steps for prevention and response.

Course duration: Approximately 45 minutes
Assessment: Testing conducted at the end of the course reinforces understanding and retention. A mark of 80% must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat each course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
