New York state employers must provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees on an annual basis, including exempt or non-exempt employees, part-time workers, seasonal workers, and temporary workers.
New York City employers with 15 or more employees must provide compliant sexual harassment prevention training to all full- and part-time employees and interns annually, and to new employees within 90 days of hire.
